Looking for a hack - Gen 1 - Exp Share at start

    I'm really itching to play through red/blue but without the grind. I'd love a hack that similar to the improvements of Crystal Clear, but just the normal game, and starting with some form of exp share so I don't have to grind for days.

    I'm just trying to find something I can play through in a week once a year for that nostalgia hit without the commitment.

    I feel like it wouldn't be hard to make myself, but I don't know the first thing about hacking pokemon.
     
    it could be either red/blue/green based or fr/lg based, that doesn't matter to me as much, though I'd prefer rgb
     
    If you don't mind it being fr/lg based, there's a Rom called Lazy Green, where you get 1 or 3 levels everytime you defeat a pokémon, it has level caps, but nothing to worry about, it's a very easy game, that you could probably beat in 2-3 days
