Looking for a Squirtle with Counter/Mirror Coat

I'm looking for a level 1 or 5 Squirtle that's untouched with Counter AND Mirror Coat. I really want one to add to my team.

Shiny Arcanine
Giratina
Regigigas
Latias
Any Starter Poke (most are bred with Egg Moves)
Eevee (and it's Eeveelutions)
Lv. 100 Blissey (EV trained with Toxic, Aromatherapy, Softboiled and Shadow Ball)
Larvitars bred with Dragon Dance

I can also give you Poke's with PKRS.

I can do Mirror Coat easily, but how the heck do you get Counter onto a Squirtle?
Do you need it to be a certain nature?

i think you must teach one in fire red or leaf green in some place

Yeah, I already have tons of Squirtles with Mirror Coat and Aqua Ring. Counter you have to teach it through the tutor in FireRed or LeafGreen through a guy on one of the floors of the Celadon Department store.
