Can you show me that rule? Movie Shaymin has been released in Japan, therefore they can be traded as there are legit Shaymin available

It's noted as not allowed in both the Rules and Event list due to the number of glitched or hacked Shyamins out there.

Really? I don't see it in there. All i see is the line that says "no event shaymin exists yet" which is not true (this is because the event list hasn't been updated yet).
