[Question] Looking for a way to make Animated GIF/Movies for Pokemon Essential v19/v20

    Trying to make a more interactive Pokémon like game in the style of 5 gen, so I'm searching for a way to make small animated GIF based cutscene. Something like a short small animated movie that can be called when a player interacts with something/someone or when they use a item outside of battles that can be played in the overworld. Is there a script like that for RPGM XP?
