You could try asking in our dedicated TCG section https://www.pokecommunity.com/forumdisplay.php?fn=tcg or enter the PC Discord server (can be found from the main forum index) and chat in the tcg channel there. No guarantee you'll find people who can help you locally, but it might be a start at least :) Good luck!
