Looking for an Elekid with electrizer

I can offer up anything reasonable. If its bred moves you need, it might take 10 minutes to breed it but I can offer is a bold feebas with mirror coat, toxic, ice beam and surf with left overs attached. I can change the moves if you need. I can evolve it it as well but it will take a bit longer.

All I really need is the electrizer but it would be awesome if you I could get a Jolly/adament elekid with electrizer.
