What natures are the shiny Latias, Regigigas, and Eevee (does this know any egg moves too and what level is it?)?

Also, how can a distant land Flygon be UT if it was Vibrava when you first get it in Colosseum?

Well it doesnt have any added exp so It seems UT and according to who I got it from It is UT is it maybe from XD?
