Yep, Wi-Fi events page there confirms it, it was from December 1st 2008 to January 15th 2009.

I've actually gotten multiple Darkrai's on GTS, I just put certain Pokémon up and made sure they were reasonable offers. So, I have a bunch of extra Darkrai's too, like a Japanese Lv. 61 one from a trainer named サトシ (Satoshi).

I also re-named the first post for the thread.

The Lv. 61 Darkrai is now on my Japanese Diamond, the friend code for that is 3910 3502 7706.
