6th Gen Looking for foreign 5iv breeder!

Hey i'm looking for someone who isn't australian (or american/uk) but is like (french/jap/germ etc) to trade 5iv pokemon with me. I want to do this to breed for shinies.

I breed 5iv:
*-vulpix
*-ponyta (haven't gotten around to it yet)
-eevees
-absols
-marills
-dratinis

I'm looking for a foriegn 5iv ponyta/vulpix and will be happy to trade u my pokemon for them. Also looking for the others listed that I breed.
