    May anyone be open to helping me out with some good pokemon I'm 3star rank and fairly new to the game still. I really could use some good strong pokemon. It would help me tremendously.

    Are you looking for anything in particular?
    I think most mons will qualify as good once you use a decent amount of grit items on them.

    I think your easiest way to buff your team is to catch an Alpha and train it up tbh.
    Also at a 3 star rank only Pokémon up to Level 40 will obey you, just an fyi as most mons I consider spare in my boxes are level 60 something =P
