I tried a RMT topic on another pokemon forum, but didn't get any real constructive criticism. Just got told to learn to play the game -_-. Anyways I'm hoping these forums can give me some real advice on improving my team.

    Regirock (Sassy nature):
    252 HP
    58 Def
    200 Sdef
    Stone Edge
    Hammer Arm
    Thunder Wave
    Stealth Rock
Main idea with this guy is to lay the stealth rocks on the opponent's team and wall

    Dragonite(Jolly nature):
    252 Atk
    252 Spd
    4 Hp
    Earthquake
    Fire Punch
    Dragon Dance
    Outrage
DD Outrage Sweeper, but I intend on using him in the late game when the opponent has only 2-3 guys left.

    Azelf(Timid nature)
    252 SAtk
    252 Spd
    4 Hp
    Psychic
    Thunderbolt
    Grass Knot
    Nasty Plot
    Nasty Plot Special Sweeper.

    Donphan(Impish nature)
    252 Hp
    252 Def
    4 Atk
    Earthquake
    Roar
    Rapid Spin
    Ice Shard
Phazer/Spinner tank. The other thing I intend with him is forcing switches for the opponents pokemon to take Stealth rock damage.

    Jirachi(Timid nature)
    252 Hp
    94 Satk
    164 Spd
    Wish
    Psychic
    Calm Mind
    Thunderbolt
    Calm mind wall

    Togekiss(Calm nature)
    252 Hp
    172 Satk
    84 Sdef
    Air Slash
    Thunder Wave
    Aura Sphere
    Roost
    Paraflincher. Nuff said.

A few things just from glancing:

What items are you giving your pokemon?

As far as I can tell you'll want lefties on Donphan, Regirock, and Jirachi; and Life Orb on Azelf, Togekiss, and Dragonite.

This does cause problems as Scarfed revenge killers are always going to outspeed you and guys like Gengar and Heatran could cause you problems, plus with no choice users a Trick could really screw you over. There's really no revenge killer because Azelf, Jirachi, and Dragonite have to set up and Togekiss isn't meant for the quick revenge kill, while Donphan and Regirock are tanks.

Also, the entire team is Gyarados weak. A DD Gyarados with Ice Fang, Earthquake, DD, and Waterfall could wreck pretty much anyone after 1 DD.

My Jirachi, Togekiss, Regirock, and Donphan have lefties, my Azelf has Life Orb, and my Dragonite has Yache Berry. I did notice that the one competitive battle I played so far my friend owned me with DD Gyarados, so a revenge killer would be a good idea. I've been considering replacing Regirock with a choice scarfed Infernape, would that work?

Use a format like this, it's easier for us rater :)

    <Pokemonn Name> @ <Item>
    Nature : <Nature>
    EV : <EV Spread>
    -Attack 1
    -Attack 2
    -Attack 3
    -Attack 4

Gyarados 6-0's you after a DD so I'd suggest replacing Regirock with ScarfTran or ScarfGar. DDMence is superior to DDNite having Intimidate and better Speed. Replace Dnite with this

    Salamence @ Yache Berry/Life Orb
    Nature : Adamant (+Atk, -SpAtk), Jolly(-SpAtk, +Spe)
    EV : 4 HP/ 252 Attack/252 Speed
    -Outrage
    -Dragon Dance
    -Earthquake
    -Fire Fang

I'll come back later if I spot something else.
