Looking for help with Sappy

Hey there, just asking if anyone knows any helpful resources/tutorials on Sappy. I am fairly new to ROM hacking/this site in general, and haven't had much luck with finding detailed or recent tutorials for the program. If anyone has any helpful links that would be great ^_^
(I hope I'm posting this in the right place, sorry if I'm not haha)

I wrote a guide, years ago, but in italian. You can search it and try to use Google translator. ;)
