I have heracross and need either you offered. How do i do this, this is my first post/trade

I have Dragalge with Hidden ability Adaptability. I already have Clawitzer but i would trade for Pinsir. I'm also hoping to find someone who can trade me either a Rowlet with the Long Reach ability, or Farfetch'd with the Scrappy ability, so if you have either of those I'd gladly trade for one of them.
