Looking for legends for living dex

I need these beasts to help close the gap for my living dex:

Regice, Registeel, Regirock, Regigigas, Mesperit, Uxie, Azelf, Dialga, Palkia, Heatran, and Cresselia

I can breed specific 5iv pokemon no problem, if you want a couple that's cool, too.

I really don't mind clones, at this point whatever is possible is good enough for me, I'm also missing most of the event legendaries, but I'm not as concerned with them. Also if you can clone pokemon I can trade you the other legendaries and you can just clone a copy for yourself. Please PM me if you can help me out.

There's a few pokemon I REALLY need help breeding with, so I was wondering if you would be able to breed a few 5IV with egg moves? The pokemon I have for trade are
Azelf, Regice, registeel, Regirock, Dialga, Dreamworld Palkia, Heatran and Cresselia.

The pokemon I need are (still in eggs please!)

Budew with Extra Sensory, Modest and 31/x/31/31/31/31
Wynaut, Timid Nature, and 31/x/31/31/31/31 (an Att of 0 would be awesome but totally not required)
Mantyke with Signal Beam and Tail Wind, Calm Nature and 31/x/31/31/31/31
Happiny, Calm nature and 31/x/31/31/31/31

Would that be doable?

That's definitely doable, I wouldn't have them bread for a couple of days, but those four can definitely be done. With that being said as far as the pokemon you mentioned, seeing that they're going to sit in a box, I'd rather not pick more exclusive pokemon such as that palkia, but whatever you are willing to part with is fine by me just PM me the details, I'll start working on the pokemon hopefully later tonight.
