i'm about 95% sure it is. i had one person try to tell me it was unlegit (ram), because apparently there is one too many spaces between 10 and ANIV. i don't know how credible that is though, because the person who traded it to me gave me a perfectly legit manaphy, and swore up and down to me that both were legit.

the guy i got them from has also been a member for a while too, so i trust him

Not sure but it does say tenth aniversity here give the exact ID of it so that I may compare to my legit reguler celabi.

i also have a shiny celebi with the same exact OT and ID...(its an event pokemon so just because they both have the same ID doesn't mean they aren't leget) and just as he said it is legit...i will trade for your shiny wailord

unless it's japanese you can't get a shiny mew and it's impossible to get a shiny Celebi or Jirachi. Check the what's hacked and what's not thread.
