i have one that's fully EV trained with hypnosis...though i expect more than a shiny for it. What EV trained pokes you got?

you can still breed feebas with milotic right? or does it have to be a milotic to breed? cause if it can be bred without evolving ill take it

You can breed a Feebas with Feebas/Milotic/Ditto to pass the moves.
