Looking for Shield exclusive pokemon

I really wanna complete my pokedex but I dont know anyone that can trade me any shield exclusives. I have some sword exclusives but I don't have a lot of pokemon since I started 8 days ago. Also I would like to trade then trade back my Zacian for a Zamazenta.
