Pokeradar, random encounter, Soft reset on one-offs. Other than that it's luck or you can always trade for them.
By the way, sorry to break the bad news but a Male combee is useless and no one is going to trade a shiny for it...or at least I don't think many people would be dumb enough to.

ill bring my most leveled pokemon, and trade it. as long as i get it >.< ill be on for the next hour or so to see if anybody wants to trade. IM WAITING IN UNION ROOM!
