    Not to sound nasty but a event hasn't came out for Arceus yet (and believe me i've been looking) so the Arceus pretty much couldn't be legit

    He cheated to get the ticket.
    But the Arceus is normaly cought.

    Sorry but thats still hacked. Its called item hacked and thats semi-legit
