im pretty sure its ok, looks legit to me. arrived from hoenn at lvl 70. adamant nature too =p. not sure if its UT though, you can take a look for yourself ??
 
If you decide to turn down Andrea can I have the Modest, Shiny Horsea? I have a Shiny Ho-Oh that I am sure is legit.
 
I have a Hoenn legit Shiny Ho-oh. Ain't UT, but 100% legit.
