They dont need anything special. I just need them for my pokedex. (But if possible, at least 4/5 IVS) Im willing to trade an at least 4IV Timid Protean Froakie (since I currently have a ton of them because im trying to get a shiny)

Again, they dont need to have perfect IVs and shiny. Although i'd be more willing to give better pokes if they are :) if theyre not, I can give one of the ff:

if they are shiny and have decent iv's or are events, I can offer competitive pokes.
