Hey there,
So I recently wanted to start playing Fire Red again after finding my old games from 20 years ago. I have a working cheat device, I have the game system, I have a fire red that works perfectly, and I want to start the journey over again but have perfect IVs, EVs, and natures as pokemon I love to use (Arbok for instance) doesn't usually have the stats it can have under ideal conditions. I know the game is 2 decades old at this point, but I am not going to shell out hundreds for new game system just because I want to play Kanto again with Pokemon Pikachu edition on the switch. Anyway, any help is appreciated from a guy who started his fandom in the original red and blue while he was in high school.
