4th Gen looking for wander cards

i had all my games stole before and i just got new ones. i want to get wonder cards for any of the rare events pokemon i can get the only wonder car i have gotten is the pikatcu colored pichu. i need to get the rare pokemon that need to be gotten from mystery gift.
