Looking to acquire Charmander/Squirtle

I'm looking to acquire a Charmander and Squirtle, preferably low level <40). I'm only a beginner trainer and only have 3 badges so far, I'm not quite sure what I can offer in return. If anyone could help me our or point me in the right direction I'd much appreciate it.

I also have Diamond version.
