Those are the rules ^^^ Or at least I think they are. By the way, if you are not willing to trade EVs, than please post it. And I offered 4 Pokemon.

Exchange my Baltoy for my Minun and I'll trade. I can't trade atm but I'll be back in about 1/2 an hour (I'm running, training for track in the spring.)
