[Question] Looking to improve :) Also backsprite tips?

Looking for any feedback, as well as any tips or guides on making backsprites, I'm going to have to start making some, I've only ever done one... and it was not great.

First of all, just gotta say I love the sprites. Some of those mons have a ton of personality. My personal favorites are Rotint and Birdink!

One way I've seen backsprites be made is to flip the sprite, and then reshade it as though it's looking the other direction.
