[Other] losing levels after evolving.

I've been using G3HS for editing Pokemon and decided to do a test run of my game. When i evolved a pokemon (at level 16) It instantly went down to level 14 after evolution. Is there a way I can fix this? And if so how?

Yep.
Make sure that both PKMN have the same [Level-up Rate].
