ok this is lots of questions i don't really know where to put it so i am just going to post it here mods feel free to move this if it is in the wrong spot. Ok here goes the questions just to warn you these are not in any picticular order.

1. what game do you get the legendary deoxys? and girattina? did i spell those right?
2.is there somewhere were i can get a list of what pokemon types are weak to what or if not could some one make a list?
3. I just got pokemon black and I can't figure out how to trade with the forth gen games HH SS P/D/P

I think that is it if i get more ill just post em.

Rather than posting more questions here I'd suggest the help threads in various other game sections as you mentioned that.

Anyways...

1 - Deoxys is an event Pokemon so you can only get it from Nintendo events (e.g. wifi ones or from stores). As none are running at the moment for it (or any other bar ones in Japan methinks?) and probbaly will not occur for a year or few the only current way to get it is via trading with others. Giratina however can be caught in Diamond/Pearl after the main storyline and is caught during it in Platinum (and can be also obtained via an in-game event in HGSS provided you have the event Arceus in those games).

2 - Easy enough to find via google, but here's one (it include dual typing as well in it).

3 - You cannot trade with HGSS/DPPt in the usual manner as those games are of a different generation. You are able to send Pokemon from those games to Black/White but you cannot send from B/W to HGSS/DPPt - and that cannot be done until you beat the main part of B/W. (How to do it after that is detail on sites/possibly the game maneul as well and is pretty straightforward - it only requires one DS as well).

I'm pretty sure there is a thread (even though I haven't seen it for quite some time due to me being not particularly active in this subforum recently). If it still exists, it should be sticky.

Deoxys was introduced in the third generation and has been event-exclusive ever since. If you feel like traveling most likely quite some distance to go to one you can get one. The event itself may or not cost extra money, I don't know.
Giratina can be caught pretty late at level 70 in Diamond and Pearl in Altering Cave south-east of Veilstone. I think the way to get their, Spring Path (?) only opens after either the point where you beat the Elite 4 or the Point where you complete the Sinnoh Dex which fortunately only means having seen all Sinnoh Pokemon, not having caught them. In Platinum, it awaits you at the end of the extremly annoying Galactic quest between the seventh and eighth badge. After you finish its most annoying parts, Mount Coronet and the Platinum-exclusive Distortion World, you'll first have to fight Cyrus, the Galactic leader, which can be pretty problematic. After the battle, your Pokemon may or not be healed and you will have to fight a level 47 Giratina. If you fail, you will still be able to fight it again, at the same spot you can in DP...or at least I think so.
Giratina might be available in HGSS or BW as well, but there it will probably either require an event or some other wonky conditions will have to be fulfilled. If it is possible at all, I don't know. Using DPPt is certainly the easiest way.

Just google something like "pokemon type effectiveness". Should take less than 3 minutes to find a result that way.

I'll leave that one open for someone else, I don't know. But I'm pretty sure it's pretty similar to the Pal Park by which Pokemon could be transferred (trade is the incorrect word, it only worked that one way) from RSEFRLG to the fourth generation. So, you probably have to go to some special location late in the game. Just watch out for NPC monologues in BW on the subject and you should find it eventually.

Next time, ask in the respective Q&A thread. For example, you could have asked your question about trading with Black and HGSS in the Black & White forum's Q&A thread. As for some other stuff, you should probably try using Bulbapedia and Serebii.net. Both sites can usually answer your questions quicker than waiting on a reply here.
