so i dont get it, my registeel and me ev train ur ev for both the cresselia and latias? is that the trade?

im not sure if i can ev train right now might have to be later tonight but tomorrow is a better day to ev train. and most of the time i can get it done in about an hr.
 
i didnt see u having an extremespeed dragonite, so can i offer a lvl 100 adamant one with great ivs(i know for sure it has 31 in atk) and evd in atk and speed, for

Could I get the stats of the dragonite please? I just like to keep track of all my pokemon before I trade.
