Luario in advanced battle and a theory

I was watching pokemon advanced battle and the intro was full with lucario in there about 30 seconds. Pokemon in the states had it for only 2 seconds that also raises another point was 4th generation supposed to come out earlier on t.v. or even a game?

It was to increase the popularity of Pokemon the 9th/10th "Lucario and Mystery of Mew." That's pretty much it.

4Kids used clips from both Symphonic Melody and Battle Frontier, that's why. It was later changed to Pikachu using Iron Tail and they edited out Mime Jr from the Team Rocket scene probably so they didn't spoil 4th gen Pokemon or something
