does anybody know i got it up to level 98 and it still hasnt evolved!

Riolu evolves into Lucario when it is happy enough, after raising it a level during the day

haha yeah i usually play at night because i work during the day, and i knew he evolved with friendship, but i got him to like 45, and was like, what the eff, and checked serebii and realized it had to be during the day :P

so i had to use some heart scales to teach him all those moves he missed out on :(

i also exp share whoer'd him, so he didn't get as many effort value points, i'm thinking i might just try to get a new one >_<

Unless you breed it and try it again? ^^;

once a Pokemon hits lv. 100 it cant go any higher unless if you cheat

evolve a riolu train it in the day time and if it's happy it will evolve, mines evolved at lvl 25
