I thought all chanseys had them, the first one i caught had the lucky egg, and then when my brother caught one he got a lucky egg aswell, now i see it was just luck, a shame, i promised my friends who don't have FR or LG that i'd get them some

can any 1 give me a tauros 'n' its holding a lucky egg to me? i need tauros for dex i'll trade something good for it alone with a item as well then i'll fill my kanto dex without mew

Chansey really isn't that good of a pokemon. It's just a real annoyer for your opponent. Especially if it knows double team and toxic. So, why does everyone want to catch one with the lucky egg? If it just doubles experience, don't waste your time trying for the egg, equip the macho brace or something. But I wouldn't even bother since Chansey isn't really that great.

Evolve it and it will make a (insert any swears that would fit in a good way, such as the other form of darn) good special wall. But you're gonna have to switch out if a physical sweeper comes out.

Using DT involves a lot of luck.

And the Lucky Egg would be useful for the last 10 levels or so.

It's so totally worth it. If it double xp. Think about it, if you got that, let's say you were level 10 when you got it, then you'd probably be like level 80, when without it you'd be level 50. (Not level 100 'cause the xp gets harder after a while.)

dose it double EVs and IVs?? if doesn't i'll trade them all off and that's what im doing
