EDIT: Is the Atk and Sp.Atk of pikachu when doubled 183 and 161 or is 183 and 161 doubled?

after you apply the light ball double pikachu has 366 attack and 322 sp.atk. btw, do you have any more evs?

I have an EVd hitmontop but I dont think you will do it for it.
