Lugia or Umbreon?

I was wondering if anyone had a Lugia or a shiny Umbreon they would trade. I would trade just about any Pokemon I have to get them. Especially shiny Umbreon.

It's not a deal breaker if the Pokemon are hacked or touched, but if it's hacked, I'd like to know. All Pokemon I'll offer in return are legit.

I don't have any events or legit shinys. All the same, if there's anyone who wants to trade one of those two, PM me :)
