Okay, I can try to get a Shiny Nincada, and I probably WILL be able to, but the most I can do at such short notice is maybe 31 IVs in ATK and Speed. Is that OK for you? And is this Nincada for both of the IVs I wanted?

For every 25+, you get a credit extra. If you get 31s, you get two credits extra:)
