ANYWAY, the script is done. I'll create a checklist of the scripts on our forum.
For now, here's a rough draft of what's done and what we're aiming for.

I should go to sleep. (blocking script) CHECK.
Getting tired. (Yes/no box + warp) CHECK.
Is this a dream? (message script)
CHECK.
Meteorite crash (Earthquake effect) UNCHECK.




 
What is the url for the forum?

Well, when I made that post, I presumed that the forum would be up and running
by the time anyone read that post. Unfortunately, some other things came up
with warps and scripting and spriting etc. so there's no forums up yet.
By tomorrow, there should be one up. If scripting goes well, videos are made,
the story progresses, and work get's done up to the part where you obtain your
starters, Lunatone and Solrock, (which is where the REAL story begins, and harder
scripts) then there'll be a thread in Progressing Hacks up. So basically, once our
work is done up to where the story ends in the first post, a progressing hacks thread
will be risen! Hopefully we'll attract more people to join the group by then.

At this point,
I'm more lenient towards the No-beta option. I might consider a Features/Trial
version where it's some random map that incorporates what we have of the hack
so far, ie) one or two story scripts, some cool features of our hack, shows off
the girl and the boy sprites, which will all be bundled into one map. Of course,
they could just use the trusty A-Map to peak at our work, but if they're willing
to disrespect the whole point of releasing a trial beta version, than shame on them.

The hack's status is growing fairly gradually. Poketto is scripting at a smooth rate,
my Overworlding is going pretty slow (once I save the frames, they don't show up
when I try to import the files), details are thought out (from the story line down to
your rivals), the mapping is rough, but growing... Generally, even though the hack
is at the beginning of it's roots, it's growing and spreading throughout the soils of
hacking, and soon will arise a Hacks Showcase thread at the top of the flower!
that crappy metaphor just inserted an idea into my head... Anyway, the hack
is going good, and so is the team thread! 8 Pages ftw!

I just love to stroll off-topic..
Speaking of which, Poketto and I have thought out the Bike Replacement. It's down
to two conclusion. I don't want to spoil it here in the open so people can my ideas,
so I'tll be up on the thread. There are two types of features of this hack.
Standard new stuff that usually comes with ALL hacks, and ones that are more
rare and unique.

Typical Features:
-New, Deep Story
- New Char's
-Awesome scripts!
-New Region
-Custom Tiles/Music

Things unique to THIS hack:
-New Berry system
- Bike replacement
-"Team" feature
-Project "Unfathomable"

-Slides away from the typical "Evil
Team", 1-2 Rival, Pokedex/Pokemon
League system.
-Able to catch 386 Pokemon
-Slight "Fakemon" additions.
Not 100% from scratch, just
"Altered Formes" of pokemon.
-New ways to obtain gym Badges,
not necessarily just by beating people.
-Before any other Pokemon adventure
-Dives deep into what an epic tale
Pokemon can hold.



As you've noticed, Unique>Typical.
This isn't even all of the features ;)

Anyway, I'm going off for today. A few scripts
and bug fixes complete. Applause for today's work!
Todoroki, keep your eyes open. The hack will be coming
to you sooner than you think. ;)

Yep. The game will be more down-to-earth and realistic.
People won't talk about saving your progress when you just
barge into their houses. They won't just burst into a battle, either.
They might swear and cuss at you (filtered through the hero's eyes)
or push you once you talk to them. If you annoy them enough,
they might just send out a pokemon..

Also, You'll have tonnes more Rivals like in the anime,
as opposed to random trainers scattered across the region.
Don't take it the wrong way, there will be random trainers. They just
won't be as important or strong as your rivals.

Occasionally, you might bump into a high-class trainer
with superior pokemon as opposed to the level 5-10s
everywhere else, because if you think about it realistically,
the level 5 trainers won't be grouped at your home town,
and the level 10s in the next route, and the level 20s by the first gym,
etc. Once in a while, you'll meet a person who's out of place, either by
being too low or too high. You obviously can't challenge these high-leveled
people on a fair foot (you can, but you won't win), so it's kind of a nice
after-feature. Once you're done the game, you can return to those high-leveled
trainers so you have some new battles to experience.

Having said that, these
trainers won't be blocking an essential path (maybe one that leads to some
awesome items), so these battles are completely optional, unless you're planning
on collecting every single item ;). Thus, the more rare and important the item,
the tougher the trainer battle. I think this kind of feature is unique and fun,
since once you're done the adventure, you also have another battle to look forward
to, not to mention side-quests and battling your rival team + your normal rivals
and gym rebattles... I've said too much :P


That was just a tiny rap up of 2-3 features of this hack. We're planning on more,
but we don't want to overdo it since the sequels have to topple the predecessors...

Poketto isn't online yet, so I can't send the hack to him for him to script.

Well, I asked you to do palette editing/custom tiling but you scratched
that, so...

I guess your job will be to fix everything in Flowerain Town, ie)
Tile errors, rock jumping, etc. Ask here if you're unsure about fixing
something. Right now, Poketto has the hack, scripting.
 
Until I know how to warp and do a script after that at the same time, I can't insert the script. I saw Pokemon Firered have it, but I can't seem to grasp how the script works.

I thought you said you could level script. T_T Well do the rest of the tasks.
Instead of making the player automatically "fall" out of bed while the earthquake,
the player just walks out and the next part of the script occurs. That way we can
do work while you try to "grasp" the concept of level scripting. So for now,
just try working on the next part of the script which I'll outline below.
I'll do the message scripts (since I know how to now) and I'll post
them here for you to fuse together with the rest of the parts.
I'll put the text in a normal message script since that's all I know,
sadly. You might have to convert it with flags and stuff so it only
happens once...

1) message script: "That was some weird shaking... I wonder if
dad is okay downstairs."
2) apply movement script: player walks to the left staircase
and dad comes rushing in, and pushes the player back.
3) message script: "Dad: [PLAYER]! are you okay? There was
some sort of impact outside. Try to see what caused that
rumbling from your window.
Yeah, I'm fine. It just woke me up from my sleep, is all.
Dad: I'm worried... your grandpa was outside, resting on the fields.
Do you see anything from here?
No. Just the usual fields and-"
4) movement: Exclamation over player's head, and jumps.

hey, in the thread, in the first pic of the cave with a glass door looks unrealistic.

that the meteorite is from the future. If I simply put a cave
opening, it'd be a cave, now, wouldn't it? Also, that isn't permanent
Things will look better once we have some who can do custom tiles
since apparently no one wants to do it. -_-
 
Im sorry. But I cant do them. Im not that good at making them. Im better at pallet editing but i couldnt make the snow look good.

that looks like a cave O_O'

Also, when you remix, don't add. replace. Don't just add
percussion or some beats, replace them with new instruments
and beats. Anyway, the first song will be FR/LG Champion remix.
I'm planning to make a "dumbed-down" version for rival battles
so they're exciting, unlike the boring happy-go-lucky tune in D/P/Pt.
