I do not have a shop, and since I currently do not know how to IV breed, I'll EV you a Gengar (good chance of it having a Modest nature), though you may have to wait a bit (in the process of EVing a shiny Duskull). I can do it for the Shaymin.

Also, I'm pretty sure the IVs of that Shiny Blissey you get there are wrong. Blissey's meant to hit 714 HP with 31 IVs and 252 EVs.

May I get the stats on the shiny umbreon? If they're decent, I'll definitely trade the weavile for it.

Here are the IVs of jirachi. Not so good, I must say. 6/0/9/21/10/13 HP Ghost
