Story​

Wolves originated from a place called 'paradise' at the dawn of time. They were set upon the land by mother earth to help human beings. Humans were once lowly beings that were preyed upon by demons and monsters that plagued the world at the dawn of time. Once they defeated the demons, the wolves and humans were able to create humanity (take note that this means human society, not human beings).

The wolves taught these humans everything they knew; they were able to co-exist in peace for a while until the wolves decided to keep watch over the humans from afar and so didn't become caught in their affairs.

So what exactly happened in this time of struggle before peace was claimed by the humans and wolves? How exactly did they manage to defeat these demons and monsters? What happened to the bond they shared before the Wolves decided that watching them from afar was the best course of action? Did these affairs have any effect on what was to happen in the post apocalyptic future?

So many questions…

Plot​

This is an RPG based on the Anime, Wolf's Rain. But there is no need for you to know anything about it provided that you read the little bit of history set above. This has nothing to do with the story of Kiba, Tsume, Hige and Toboe it is more an answer to what happened at the beginning of time.

You are a wolf, taken from paradise and placed upon the planet by mother earth to protect and help the humans defeat the demons that plague the earth's surface.

Your character will have to face many difficulties as well as teach humans all you know as you go along. This will include how to hunt, fight and protect themselves.

Demons and Monsters

The demons range from many shapes and sizes, I will not describe each of them in turn as there are far too many. You will have to use your imagination to describe the demons you encounter. They can be anything as long as they appear somewhat demonic in appearance.

The demons you create can be anything you imagine, even use magic, but don't make them overly powerful to make your character look like a god.

The bosses or bigger monsters will be decided by me.

There will be a main monster, but describing it would give away too many of the plot twists I plan on using in the RPG.

The World

Of course, the beginning of the world is a hard thing to imagine as it has not been described in the anime/manga of Wolf's Rain and of course there was no such thing as humans at the beginning of the world (considering whether you believe in the tale of Adam and Eve), but my point being the beginning of the world will be as I say in this RPG.

The village we will begin in will be that of a tribal land. The humans will dress along the line of natives as is their way of life. So this can include bizarre rituals and unique beliefs. But the land will be lush, but barren at the same time. The world will be described as the RPG progresses but the starting land will be lush with grass with mountains surrounding the area.

Characters

Your main characters will be one wolf and one human. The wolf will be your protagonist, teaching the human everything they know. The knowledge will be passed onto the villagers, but the human character you create will be the one that shares a deep bond with the wolf.

Magic and attacks

At the start of the RPG, you will begin with only the common attack with claws, teeth (for wolves) and weapons (for the humans). But later on in the RPG, guardian spirits and magic will be introduced, but this will be from some odd phenomena that I will introduce later on in the RPG.

Wooovles! :3 Sorry, I've always been a fan of wolves. Such facinating creatures. ^-^ I must warn you I've never gotten the chance to watch very much of the anime or read the manga... so... yay! XD I can be the clueless one.

Wolf

Name: Marube

Gender: Female

Description: A rather stocky wolf, Marube appears to be a bit smaller than most other wolves. What she looses in size she makes up for in power, and she certainly has a good deal of strong muscles about her. Her tail, being a normal size, looks as if it's longer than the usual tail, but this is just because it's in comparison to the rest of her. Her fur is a grayish-blue color, with a few black hairs mixed into it. These black hairs increase in number around her muzzle, tail, ears, and paws, making them look darker than the rest of her body. Her fur lightens considerably around her underside. Her nose is black, and her eyes are bright sky blue. They seem to match the sky not only in color, but in clarity as well.

Personality: Marube likes to learn things. She is very curious about the world around her, and is constantly wondering things. She likes to muse about the future, and many that know her think of her as someone that lives with her mind never quite where it should be. When she was a cub, she was like a never-ending line of questions, always spouting out some observation or wondering why something was the way it was. Because of this inquisitive nature, she often can end up in situations that are less than desirable, but she usually manages to make it out okay. When she speaks she is thoughtful and patient.

Other: Her opinion of humans is not really set in stone yet. She needs to observe them, to study what they're really like before she can make a conclusion about them.

Human

Name: Zeke

Age: 14

Gender: Male (They don't have to be the same gender, do they?)

Description: Rather tall and skinny, Zeke is at that age where you seem to grow a foot a day. He's tan, but not too tan, and he has bright blue eyes that seem to sparkle when he's excited about something. His hair is fluffy, messy and light brown. He usually wears a sort of tunic made of deerskin, and it's decorated with various paints and beads, mostly in the color blue for his eyes. His shoes are simple slippers, though he doesn't usually like to wear them. He has a belt with some bags hanging off of it to place things in when he needs to.

Personality: Zeke is all about adventure. Since he's becoming a man, he wants more than anything to explore everywhere and find out what life is all about. He's cheerful and easily excitable, and also eager to learn anything he can, which makes him a great pair for Marube. His over-eagerness can get annoying occasionally, and his age means that he is entering the wonderful world of puberty, so mood swings are bound to happen once in a while.

Weapon: Spear with an obsidian tip. ^^

History: Zeke is the youngest of four brothers. His father died when he was 4, and so his older brothers have been more like his father than his actual father. His mother died about 5 years later, and so now Zeke really only has his three brothers to count on as family. He's lived a pretty peaceful life, as his mother and brothers have always tried to shield him from the horrible demons and monsters that prey upon them. He got his first experience of them though at the age of nine, after his mother died. He was upset and had wandered off, when a demon in the shape of a horrible creature that had only three legs leapt at him with the intent to kill. His brothers came just in time though, and so Zeke was spared. He wishes for a world where his kind can live free, as he truly wants to be, without worry of being attacked or ambushed by fearsome creatures.

Other: Zeke thinks that wolves are beautiful and wise creatures. He holds them in high respect.

Wolf

Name: Shelk

Gender: Female

Description: Shelk is rather thin and frail in appearance. Her thick, shimmering white fur covers fragile flesh and narrow bone. Her eyes are a shocking emerald colour surrounded in a sea of black. Her fur is tipped with silver strands, making her coat shine in the moonlight and it is said that she is nothing more than a glowing mass in the bask of the full moon. Her face is marked with red markings of the tribe she has become apart of and more tribal markings are plastered on her legs and back. Bead's and feathers cling to her figure and around the stub of her tail is a thin red strand, a token of her human's kindness. Her most treasure position is the necklace that wraps around her neck, the weird part is that this necklace has been with her, even in paradise.

Personality: She is a rather stoic and silent wolf, wise and too the point, but also unknowing a curious of that around her. She is not use to human behaviour and so indulges herself in questions that need answers. She is a leader and is more than willing to help these lowly humans to succeed in life by teaching them everything she knows and more as she herself learns of this new world.

Other: Shelk has a fear for moving shadows, demons that pray on thoughts, dreams and memories.

Human

Name: Kaira

Age: 18

Gender: Female

Description: Kaira has deeply tanned skin, given to her by the rays of the sunlight. Her face is marked by that of her tribe and countless beads and feathers are scattered over her body, held by thick strands of fabric. Her hair is black in colour and descends past her lower back, to the joint of her knees. Her eyes are a deep hazel colour and her body frail, yet well toned. She wears a tunic made of the skin of a bear and comfy slippers, ideal for running in. A thick strand of animal fur wraps around her chest and plays host to a quiver and a bow (Or soon will).

Personality: Kaira is a well informed girl and is strict with the rules of her tribe. Being one of the eldest teens, she takes upon herself great responsibility to look after those younger than her, as well as the wolf that has dedicated herself to this human's protection. When those around her do good, she is not likely to ignore it and so takes it upon herself to reward them in some way, be it food, a weapon or a new skin for their wardrobes. In all she is a caring individual, but also strict and very reliable.

Wolf

Name: Hircine

Gender: Male

Description: Often called brutish, that's what he would appear as first. He has a very large frame, filled with muscles, and a thick coat of mottled brown fur, making him look even larger, but he has the power to fit his size. His eyes are a golden yellow, glowing like the fury of the sun during the night. His tail is normal sized however, aside from the bushier coat, further enhancing the image of being extremely large, and his coat is while thick and bushy, mottled with some greys and hints of green despite his youth, almost giving the impression of moss growing on him.

Personality: Like his appearance would suggest, he is blunt,. open, and to the point, but despite this, he is also very kind and understanding. He also has a very accute skill at guessing what others are feeling, though he's far from an empath/ He's also somewhat quick to trust, though he actually prefers solitude, contrary to this role as a teacher.

Other: I'm sleepy, so very sleepy. @_@ I'll try to improve on this later.

Human

Name: Matrim Alleck

Age: 17

Gender: Male

Description: Matrim has deep brown hair, and naturally grey eyes, as well as medium skin, bordering on dark due to his more recent exposure to more sunlight. His frame is slightly slim, but well muscled enough to hide it. He also has a specific taste in clothes, though unfortunately, those aren't really accepted in the tribal views. So, he wears a simple set of leather straps over his chest from which to hook important things, and cloth breeches, and over the whole set he wears a massive hide robe/coat, open in the front, and worn more for protection than warmth, but he's eagerly trying to do what he can to save up for a fully cloth set of clothes...

Personality: Matrim is occasionally referred to as scoundrel, troublemaker, and Smart-alleck (no pun intended, really. >.>) The truth of the matter is, he views life as something to be enjoyed, and he'll do whatever he can top enjoy all aspects of it, usually with a flambouyant air that some mistake for arrogance, he's always wandering around his home village, seeing what he can, and as a result, gained some woodsman knowledge already, though not much.

Weapon: A short staff with a primitive blade hooked on, curved almost like some of the long hunting knives.

History: Raised young, Mat's fierce independance began to surface, and he begna to learn all he could, finding ways to explore on his own when others refused to teach him about them. this led to quite a few fights, and finally, to his father disowning him. Taking it in stride, mat set out on his own. No one seems to know where he sleeps, but he gets by mostly on wagers, even though no one seems to want to take up a bet with him, since he has a nasty habbit of winning.

Description: Shadow is a rather strong wolf, and a fearsome one in appearance. His thick, soft, smooth dark fur covers tough flesh and thick bone. His eyes are a glowing ruby red colour. His fur has silver-gray streaks, making him look like an actual shadow, in the moonlight of the fullmoon it is said that he goes strangely quite and just stares out at the moon as if searching for someone. His face is marked with a red scar across his left eye from a fight that he won which led to his best friend being exciled.

Personality: He can be a rather stubborn wolf, but usually he's silent, he is wise, and a powerful fighter. He is not use to human behaviour and tends to think they would be better of as animals. He is a fighter and would be willing to help these weak humans to succeed in life by teaching them every skill and more as he finds that he has never been able to learn of others.

Other: Shadow has a thing with trouble, as he doesn't find trouble but trouble finds him. He also hates vegetables and people who eat them instead of meat.

Human

Name: Scottura Wyvern

Age: 19

Gender: Male

Description: Around 6'5, with a bit of a toned body. His skin is slightly tanned from all the time he spends outside. His eyes are a light golden brownish-red and his hair is dark black. His hair is a bit spiky at the top, but really messy. Around his neck is a gunmetal silver pendant in the shape of a crown. He has a scar coming from his right shoulder blade to his left rib on his back. He wears a pair of dark shorts made out of thick cloth, he sometimes wears sandals, otherwise bare feet, when its cold he wears a thick jacket made out of bear fur and sheeps wool.


Personality: He is the quite type, though he talks rarely to people he has met. The only person he ever really spoke to was his two sisters. He doesn't question people about their lives and their history; as long as people don't question him. He has no real relationship with anyone except his pokemon. He speaks his mind, but considering he is a quite person, it's a bit hard to notice him. When he does make friends with people, they can find he is very trustworthy, yet he does seem to infuriate them alot. If he's angry, most people find that when they're around him that they sense a dark aura coming from him.


Weapon: A sharp dagger and a wooden stick (later on he manages to get a sword).

Some of his older brothers left about 5 years later, in search of their father. He's lived a pretty miserable life, since his father left them. His family have always tried to cheer him up, ever since he first saw a demon. It happened when he was at the age of seven, after he found out his father wasn't coming back. He was angry and upset when he found out, that he ran off, when a demon in the shape of a human leapt at him with an intent to do something terrible. His brother Volt came just in time to scare it away, so Scottura was saved. He wishes to be strong enough to beat strong creatures, without worry of his family or him being attacked or taken by hidious creatures.

Other: Scottura has never seen a wolf. He has some faint ideas about what they look like, since he has heard tales of them being vicious killers from travellers, but his mother says that they are beautiful and wise creatures. He prefers his mother's description than the others. He likes to be called Scott.

This is the beginning of time, your mother would not have had enough time to give birth to 15 kids and in these time, I would find it very unlikely for a father to leave the mother as it is a small tribe. Description: Fearaha has snow white coloured coat with a strong build he has cute blue eyes and a scar down his right eye

Personality:Fearaha is quiet he will not talk unless he is talked to or it is nesicary he is quite the loner he finds himself calm minded and strong but when someone he cares about is hurt or killed he goes into a murderous rage

Description: wears a tiger pelt as cloak aswell as a ragged cloth drap across his body he also has blue eyes and black messy hair he wears nothing on his feet he isalso 5,10

Personality: energetic and very excitable likes hanging out with girls he talks to evreyone he meets.

History: his mother raised him untill he was 10 then she died by a demon attack his father went off to look for help and left him in the village by himself so he has been fending for himself since a boy he know wishs to kill the demons who killed his mother.
