lvl 100 battle

not sure if this goes here, but oh well

in the wifi room of battle tower, how do you select to have a lvl 100 battle? (the one where your pokemon temporerily become lvl 100). im kinda lost :/

Its not the wifi room of battle tower, its the wifi room in the pokemon center ;)
