I have a lvl 26 Lucario, yes. And I have Cranidos, not Rampardos.

Um bad natures, I was trying to get better ones than the ones I alredy have. Anyway, I could trade a Shiny Flareon for the Manaphy.

I do, but I'd need to clone them. The ones I could trade right now are Flareon, Venomoth. And the legends I could trade right now are Latias & Latios.
