...Just ONE WMC? Well, I can foresee ONE thing coming...

Why are the low-level fusions there with no way to bring them out (other than Stein, but that would be just stupid)?

not too good... And well, only one WMC gives you a small chance to with a burn deck... I remember when i went crazy adding only LP damage magic cards to my first burn deck... turned out pretty good... if we were playing 2K LP... And I dont see any purpose for much of it... unless you clear opp's field completely, stein out twindragon, and then ring it on ur opp's turn (lolz, off bekket).. ur remaning with 200 lp, ur opponent, 0!!!
and ojamagic + Polymerization for king is probably better because it just completely stops three spaces, PLUS def is 3k, use it and a lavagolem... few more tricks, an atleast two wavemotion, you can win in 3-4 turns if played properly..

I'm sorry to say, but Wave Motion Cannon is not a very good card, even for burn decks, anymore.

I demand chain burn because it shall be the only burn deck that doesn't get screwed by even benefits off of Heavy Storm and Mobius (hey, they do form the chain 1 to boost the chain count even higher). And relatively you don't need to adjust too much to change from traditional burn to chain burn too. You still need those barrels and ojamas anyway.
