    Hello, new to the forum.

    I wanted to do a basic hack, just level alterations and encounter alterations, simple stuff. But I have no idea what tools i'd need for mac. I know there's the option to use wine and other things, but I can never get them to work. So I was wondering what tools are available on mac and which ones would I need?
     
    How do I put this... There are basically no tools for Pokemon hacking beyond hex editors that are capable of being used on Mac. If you want to search for usable tools, look for things created in languages such as Java or Python. Examples include G3HS, MEH, and Tile Molester. Otherwise, you're out of luck as most Pokemon tools are made for Windows only.
