Just wanted to stop by and say that RNG Pokemon are in no way hacks.. but other than that, nice idea you got here. :)
 
So, was that a no to my offer? And RNG isn't hacking. Hacking is using an external device to directly alter the game play and/or pokemon. You don't do that with RNG.
