You can only activate this card while there is a face-up Spellcaster-Type monster(s) on your side of the field. Tribute 1 monster on your side of the field and Special Summon 1 Spellcaster-Type monster from your hand. Then you can destroy 1 monster on the field.
A highly offensive deck that has the potential to swarm pretty fast. Apprentices can special summon her best pals again, and those flipped casters are just ideal for Magical Dimension to bring out the more powerful spellcasters. Dark Magician of Chaos is danger for any opponent, and the easy access to DDM to bring him back with all those free copies of Toon Table of Content really doesn't help at all. Chaos Sorcerer helps remove monsters into the remove pile to add to the collection of monsters the DDM can revive with. The other DD Monsters can further contribute to the remove pile to ensure that there's always something to revive.
There's just no defense except for the monsters' effect... ah well, can't have everything. Then again a *lot* of monsters here can destroy stuff (or revive stuff that can destroy stuff.) I added as much self-replacing monsters as possible to help out with the lack of choo-choos or camels. Hopefully they'll be enough. It's all about luck in this deck. If Dark Magician of Chaos comes to my hand really early (like, within first 5 turns at latest), then this deck will probably go on a very smooth ride...
So in the end, it's about bringing Dark Magician of Chaos with Magical Dimension, and utilize the numerous methods to bring out DDM as well to continously revive Dark Magician of Chaos for a very possible infinite loop.
