Wait instead of Raichu can i go for the shiny Sceptile, ev'd right? I can trade you a Shiny Ho-oh that i found on the GTS a couple of years back.... or would you want a pikachu colored pichu that sets an event off in heartgold/soulsilver??? Either one doesn't matter to me!
