    I own the Japanese ROM of Emerald,and play it on my VBA.I can't get in to the Safari Zone,well,when I talk to the guy he won't let me in,and since it is Japanese,I cannot read anything in it.I didn't shark or whatsoever.I have the National Dex,and I want a Houndoom on it.

    Need help.lol.
     
    Seen that walkthrough before.It says you need the National Dex which I already have.
