Hello everyone.
In some hacks, when talking to a specific character, a small text box containing his/her name will be displayed left above the main text box.
So my question is: is there any tutorial to plug this feature into my own emerald hack? or could someone tell me how to do it in detail?

There aren't any tutorials I personally know about, but there's this public implementation made by a user from the Spanish community "Whack a Hack!", Disturbo.
