Make a trainer use Rotom-Wash

Hi! I have an easy question. I want to put a Rotom-W in a trainer, but i dont know how. I mean, i can just type ROTOM at the PBS file. What should I do?

In the last table, section 4, then "10. Form - default is 0". That's where you change form. For a pokémon form reference, you can look at the graphics/battlers/national number. The form is designated with a number like 479_2 for rotom wash.
