I forgot what my friend told me but a Clefable with the movesets Softboiled and Semsmic Toss, which are only learned if leafgreen and firered.

Why not just get a Blissey with Seismic Toss and Softboiled?

Clefable is just a lesser version of Blissey, aka "Blissey with weight loss".
