I have no shiny 10ANNIV Suicune, that one's from FireRed/Leafgreen. Don't ask me why I put it in the Events section, I had nowhere else to put it Dx

There's one problem. HP Electric requires you to either sacrifice a speed IV, or a special attack iv. In other words, one should aim for either (x/x/x/31/31/30) or (x/x/x/30/31/31). It's okay, I don't want anything for it. I just want to be able to redistribute it in my shop; i was thinking of working on a houndoom before too. Is that okay?
